Smith will focus on advising corporate occupiers on strategic real estate strategy across the Greater East Bay while tapping into Transwestern’s national platform.

Smith has closed more than 200 in transactions during his eight-year career. He has represented various financial, insurance, real estate, engineering, nonprofit and technology tenants.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Smith served as director at CM Commercial Real Estate, a local Bay Area tenant advisory firm. Smith earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from Sonoma State University.
