Other aspects include MERV-13 air filtration systems, which perform a complete air change every two to three hours; a grey water system that collects, cleans and reuses water for landscape irrigation; and a whole-house, Everpure water filtration system. Shielded cable was also used in bedrooms to help mitigate the risk of Electro Magnetic Fields (EMF).
