San Mateo, CA – Truebeck Construction, an industry-leading commercial general contractor, is pleased to welcome Jessica Mills as Project Executive.
With over 25 years of construction experience in the greater Sacramento area, her intimate knowledge of the locality will bring value to Truebeck’s new territory. Her specialized experience and leadership will help Truebeck provide support to their clients in Sacramento.
Mills is a proven leader in healthcare projects, managing and building healthcare facilities for Sutter Health as a Project and Regional Program Manager. She also has experience in advanced technology, mission critical, corporate office, biopharmaceutical, and education projects. Her experience extends into both the preconstruction and construction phases, including alternative delivery methods.
In her role as Project Executive, Mills will oversee Truebeck’s Sacramento office and the project teams in the area. Mills has over a decade of experience working on the owner’s side of construction. As such, she is familiar with owners’ needs and challenges when working with a general contractor. Using her unique background, Mills provides partnership few in the industry are capable of.
“I’ve known Jessica for almost a decade, she is a proven leader of people and projects,” said Truebeck’s Vice President of Operations Pete Caputo. “I can think of no one better to lead us in the Sacramento market.”
Mills holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society from University of California, Santa Barbara and a Certificate in Construction Management from University of California, Davis. She is a LEED Accredited Professional and is also a seven-year Girl Scout Troop Leader.
