Valiance Capital, Canyon Partners Open 265-Bed The Valiant Student Housing Tower in Berkeley’s Southside

A joint venture of Canyon Partners Real Estate, The Martin Group and Berkeley-based Valiance Capital has completed The Valiant, an 88-foot student housing tower steps from the UC Berkeley campus that leased 98 percent of its market-rate beds before the fall semester began.
