Veritas Investments Closes $815MM Financing of Multifamily, Urban Retail and Mixed-use Properties in San Francisco

San Francisco, CA — San Francisco-based Veritas Investments, Inc. announced today the closing of an $815 million financing of a portfolio of multifamily, urban retail and mixed-use properties it owns in San Francisco. The transaction, the largest of its kind in San Francisco history, enables Veritas and its partners to lock in attractive financing rates.

Veritas Investments’ strategy is to acquire properties in the San Francisco Bay Area, leveraging its fully-integrated platform to deliver consistent returns in a market with high barriers to entry.

Goldman Sachs provided the financing. Eastdil Secured acted as the exclusive advisor in the transaction.
