Doyle Wiseman, founder and CEO of The Wiseman Company, announced today that Chris Economou has joined the firm as Director of Acquisitions and Leasing.
Chris received his Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Northeastern University of Boston. Prior to joining Wiseman, Chris was Regional Manager, San Francisco Bay Area, for the international commercial real estate firm, Marcus and Millichap, and previously Director of Asset Management and Acquisitions for PMI Properties, based in Beverly Hills. He holds a California real estate broker’s license.
In his new role, he is responsible for leasing the Wiseman portfolio of Class A office buildings in Solano, Napa and Yolo counties. In addition, he will direct the purchase of new buildings and development sites for the Company.
Chris lives with his wife and two daughters in San Rafael.
