Randy Tsuda is the President and CEO of Palo Alto, California-based Alta Housing, an affordable housing development firm that has been active in Silicon Valley for over 50 years. 

Randy joined Alta Housing in 2018 after serving as the Mountain View Community Development Director for over 10 years. His career includes experience in the non-profit, private, and public sectors, and spans real estate, city planning, affordable housing, and economic development.
