$40,000,000 Permanent Financing Secured for Crowne Plaza Hotel

Burlingame, CA- Daniel Friedeberg, President of Barry Slatt Mortgage recently closed a $40,000,000 permanent loan on the 350 room Crowne Plaza Hotel in Foster City. The financing was completed with a 30-year amortization and 10-year term through one of Slatt’s correspondent insurance lenders. The proceeds were used to retire the existing loan, as well as fund an extensive renovation project for the hotel. Barry Slatt Mortgage will also be servicing the loan.
