San Jose – October 27, 2025 – CBRE arranged the full-building, 212,683-square-foot lease to Therma LLC at the San Jose Logistics Center, a Class A industrial warehouse. CBRE’s Chip Sutherland and Brian Matteoni represented the owner, an Ares Real Estate fund. Ares Industrial Management, a leading owner and operator of logistics facilities, manages the property. […]
