Contra Costa County Leases 34,000 SQFT at Concord Gateway in Concord

Contra Costa County has signed a 34,247-square-foot direct lease at 1850 Gateway Blvd, one of the two 10-story towers at Concord Gateway, placing a public tenant in a downtown Concord building that was marketing more than 170,000 square feet of space this summer.
