Kidder Mathews' third-quarter Tri-Valley office report puts a $156 million price on the 25 acres Lennar took at Bishop Ranch's former BR8 campus, about $612,000 for each of the 255 home sites planned at Canopy, more than double what other builders have paid per home on nearby Bishop Ranch office sites.
