Humanoid robotics developer Agility Robotics has opened a 60,000-square-foot artificial intelligence hub in Fremont, planting a Silicon Valley flag near Tesla's Optimus operations and adding nearly 200 jobs as it races toward a public listing valued at roughly $2.5 billion.
