SAN FRANCISCO – Nationally recognized architecture and interior design firm Huntsman Architectural Group announces the addition of Alvaro Rodriguez as senior project manager in its San Francisco office. “Alvaro’s experience is ideally aligned with our firm’s mission of helping clients realize their strategic objectives through design,” shares Sascha Wagner, IIDA CID LEED AP, Huntsman’s president and CEO. “Balancing his project management acumen with creativity and critical thinking, Alvaro will help us expand services and client relationships in the corporate interiors segment of our practice.”
With over 20 years of experience in the interior design profession, Alvaro has led the design process of and project managed over 2 million square feet of corporate interiors for Fortune 500 companies such as AT&T, Hewlett-Packard, McKesson, and IBM. “I see one of my goals here is to promote Huntsman’s expertise and flexibility on various project types and to realize the project opportunities from schedule, scope, and cost for our clients,” shares Alvaro. “I enjoy helping people fulfill their dreams and goals by providing a clear and steadfast path.” His current assignments include a building repositioning effort in San Jose to attract technology and biopharmaceutical tenants and a new office for a Silicon Valley venture capital firm expanding in San Francisco.
Alvaro received his Bachelor of Architecture from the California College of the Arts. He is an associate member of the American Institute of Architects, an honorary member of the Hispanic Scholarship Fund, and serves as an industry liaison to the San Francisco Department of Building Inspection’s code and permit committee.
