Rancho Cordova Weighs $185MM Support Package for KozPure’s 7,500-Seat Downtown DOVA Arena District

Rancho Cordova's City Council is set to decide whether to back KozPure Development and Alpha One Sports and Entertainment Group's Downtown DOVA, a planned 7,500-seat arena surrounded by hotels, housing and shops off Highway 50, with a package of tax sharing, fee waivers and other city support that staff estimate at about $185 million over 35 years.
