Arevo will occupy its newly updated 21,010 square foot premises upon completion of its interior improvements. The building was recently renovated with contemporary design elements and spacious ten-foot ceilings. Outdoor amenity spaces have eco-friendly landscaping and generous outdoor gathering areas.
With its unique combination of software, robotics, and materials, Arevo is leading 3D printing into mainstream manufacturing. The company provides designers and manufacturers with unprecedented freedom to unlock the unparalleled strength and weight of composite materials for a wide range of consumer and industrial products. Arevo will be expanding and relocating to Tasman Tech from Santa Clara. Mark Christierson and Mark Kol of CBRE represented Arevo, while the landlord was represented by Bob Steinbock and Sherman Chan of CBRE.
Located on Tasman Drive between Interstate 880 and Coyote Creek, Tasman Tech is comprised of 14 buildings totaling 609,228 square feet. Orchard Partners acquired the office/R&D complex in 2014 with Houston-based Lionstone Investments. Interior and exterior improvements have been made to elevate the campus to best-inclass with beautiful outdoor spaces and innovative work environments.
