Fremont, CA (May 26, 2017) — Debuting the first new housing of its kind in Fremont in several years, Artist Walk begins pre-leasing May 27 of Memorial Day weekend for a 71-unit first phase of one- and two-bedroom apartments close to ACE trains, BART and I-880. Artist Walk is a joint venture development of Blake|Griggs and JD Capital. Financing was provided by PCCP, LLC. Design is by BDE Architecture and Architects Orange and the general contractor is Western National Builders.
