Bank of the West Expands at 595 E. Colorado in Pasadena

Pasadena, CA (December 14, 2015) – Bank of the West is expanding its presence at 595 East Colorado in downtown Pasadena with the signing of a lease for 5,000 square feet of space on the building’s ground floor. The space is currently under construction and is expected to be open in the first quarter of 2016.

The bank’s wealth management division, which provides wealth planning, investment management personal banking and trust services, will occupy the space. The group is part of BNP Paribas’ global wealth management business of more than 6,300 professionals in 30 countries worldwide.

Travers Cresa represented the bank in arranging the 10-year lease. Redstone Commercial represented the landlord, The Swig Company.

Built in 1928, 595 E. Colorado totals 96,304 square feet. The property retains many of the classic finishes associated with a historic building including marble and turn-of-the-century ornamentation and the first floor features a grand banking lobby occupied by Bank of the West with 30-foot high ornate coffered ceilings. The building sits on the Rose Parade route in the heart of downtown Pasadena and includes 214 covered parking spaces for tenants and visitors to the building.
