San Francisco – December 8, 2016 – Beckett Capital announces today that it has advised a local San Francisco seller on the sale of 5430-5498 Geary Boulevard, a 13,160 square foot multi-tenant retail and residential building located in San Francisco’s Richmond District. The seller was represented by David Noravian of Beckett Capital. The buyer was a local investment group who was represented by Ning Ho of Marcus & Millichap.

The property is a mixed-use building consisting of eight residential units over seven retail units. The anchor tenants are Sterling Bank and Gordo Taqueria. The retail portion was 100% leased at the time of sale.

The purchase price was $7,825,000 or $595 per square foot. This equated to a stabilized 4.82% cap rate.
