Bridge Investment Group Rebrands With New Name and Logo

Bridge Investment Group LLC (“Bridge”), formerly known as Bridge Investment Group Holdings LLC, introduced the company’s new name and logo today.

Robert Morse, Executive Chairman of Bridge said, “The rebranding of Bridge and its entities, through our new logo and name, was motivated by a desire to unify how our stakeholders view us, and to simplify our organization in a cohesive way. Our new brand best communicates how our company does business – in a manner that integrates state-of-the-art financial and investment management with detailed, “boots on the ground” property management and a constant objective of maximizing the resident and tenant experience at our assets to drive NOI and value.”

Simplified name and redesigned logo
As part of the rebranding process, Bridge is taking the opportunity to strengthen its identity with an energetic and elevated logo that builds upon its owner/operator heritage. A clean, refined typeface and a green accented palette, designed by brand engagement firm Sullivan, convey a fresh and inclusive aesthetic. Co-Chief Executive Officer Christian Young commented, “Our name and logo are important indicators of our team and our value proposition, and these revisions are designed to highlight Bridge’s strengths: our streamlined and integrated operating platform, an active and exacting investment process, and a reputation defined by our team’s integrity, tirelessness, openness and exceptional technical expertise.”

Our values
Bridge’s rebranding reflects our successful and ongoing evolution as a premier private equity real estate firm with roots as a real estate owner and operator. Today, we marshal our extensive asset-level expertise and 25 years of multi-cycle industry experience to compete in key growth markets across the country and continue our track record of strong investment performance. Bridge focuses on sectors of the market which we believe offer above-market returns and the opportunity to “create alpha at the asset level” through specialization and an unmatched closeness to the assets we own and operate.

Robert Morse commented, “As our company has grown both internally and through acquisition, we have maintained and strengthened a corporate culture of open communication, shared mutual success and learnings across sectors to deliver industry leading returns to our investors.”

About Bridge
Since 1991, the principals of Bridge have successfully invested in and operated selected US real estate assets and as of year-end 2016, had $6.7 billion of assets under management within its registered investment advisory businesses and managed an additional $1.0 billion of third-party real estate assets. We select sectors of the broader real estate market that require both specialized skill and the nationwide network of local presence that our 1000+ person company provides: middle class value add multifamily; prime suburban value add office; value add seniors housing and medical properties; and commercial real estate-backed debt strategies. Each of our investment teams bring decades of relevant and successful investment experience and works closely together in partnership to capture opportunities often overlooked by our competitors. In each of our investment vehicles, we emphasize current income and exposure to capital appreciation, where applicable, with carefully managed and mitigated risk.
