Simplified name and redesigned logo
As part of the rebranding process, Bridge is taking the opportunity to strengthen its identity with an energetic and elevated logo that builds upon its owner/operator heritage. A clean, refined typeface and a green accented palette, designed by brand engagement firm Sullivan, convey a fresh and inclusive aesthetic. Co-Chief Executive Officer Christian Young commented, “Our name and logo are important indicators of our team and our value proposition, and these revisions are designed to highlight Bridge’s strengths: our streamlined and integrated operating platform, an active and exacting investment process, and a reputation defined by our team’s integrity, tirelessness, openness and exceptional technical expertise.”

Since 1991, the principals of Bridge have successfully invested in and operated selected US real estate assets and as of year-end 2016, had $6.7 billion of assets under management within its registered investment advisory businesses and managed an additional $1.0 billion of third-party real estate assets.
