Carr McClellan Strengthens Real Estate Practice, Adds Transactional Attorney Heather Srimal

Burlingame, CALIF., – Carr, McClellan, Ingersoll, Thompson & Horn announces the addition of Heather Srimal to the firm’s real estate practice group.

Joining as senior counsel, Srimal’s practice focuses on the leasing and purchase, sale and financing of commercial property, as well as construction and development. Representing clients ranging from large public and private companies to small start-ups, she also focuses on joint-ventures, mergers, acquisitions, due diligence, restructurings and general corporate matters.

Prior to Carr McClellan, Srimal had her own private law practice. With nearly a decade of transactional real estate law experience, she previously practiced at Greenberg Traurig, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and Jones Day.

Active in the industry, Srimal is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC); Silicon Valley chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network; American Bar Association, Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section and State Bar of California, Real Estate Section.

Srimal was named a 2013 “Northern California Rising Star” by Super Lawyers. She received her J.D., cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and her B.A. in government from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin.
