Cassidy Turley Property Management Selected by Clarion Partners for ±360,000 SF Trophy Assignment at 600 California Street in San Francisco

San Francisco, CA – Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate services provider in the U.S., today announced the firm’s Property Management has been selected by landlord Clarion Partners to provide management services for its premier San Francisco tower at 600 California Street. Built in 1990, the 20-story Class A high-rise totals ±358,590 square feet of high-quality office space that is well located in the City’s desirable Financial District. Cassidy Turley’s Jim Arce, the firm’s newly appointed Managing Director of the West Region, will head the management team.

Mr. Arce will be assisted on the assignment by Paige Salazar, RPA who recently joined Cassidy Turley as a Senior Property Manager. Ms. Salazar had previously worked at Terwilliger Management, which had managed 600 California Street before Cassidy Turley was selected by Clarion Partners—which acquired the building last summer—to manage the property.
