Matt Kircher along with this new team of seven professionals plan on continuing their brokerage specialization in the representation and development of real estate strategies for a variety of national and local developers, shopping center owners and retailers along with providing strategic consulting on retail real estate assets being developed, redeveloped or in need of repositioning throughout the Bay Area and Northern California.

“The arrival of these new team members underscores CBRE’s unmatched investment in its Retail Services business,” shared Joe Wallace, Executive Managing Director for CBRE’s seven Bay Area offices. “We look forward to delivering more world-class retail outcomes to clients through this expansive talented team.
