SAN FRANCISCO – CBRE Global Investors announced today that IQVIA, a leading provider of innovative technology solutions and research services in the healthcare industry, has signed a long-term, half-floor lease at 1850 Gateway in San Mateo. The deal totals 10,095 square feet of turnkey, next generation office space in the class A office tower, with IQVIA expected to relocate from its current Bay Area headquarters this June.
1850 Gateway recently underwent a $4 million capital improvement project that delivered reimagined office layouts, premier amenities and a newly energized community atmosphere to the office tower, which is conveniently located halfway between Silicon Valley and San Francisco. IQVIA will occupy a furnished, high-tech suite on 1850 Gateway’s second floor. The company is headquartered in Durham, North Carolina and has more than 10,000 employees.
