The breath of tenant demand has diminished compared to last year and is currently dominated by large requirements (100,000+ sq. ft.), which make up 46% of the 4.9 million sq. ft. of total demand. This is much higher than last year, when large requirements totaled 26% of total demand. In other size ranges, demand under 50,000 sq. ft. remained stable, while demand between 50,000-99,999 sq. ft. declined compared to last year. Overall, this suggests that current demand is being buoyed by large requirements, which bodes well for large block availabilities.
