CBRE And SC Properties To Market 10-Building Investment Portfolio On San Francisco Peninsula

CBRE, in conjunction with SC Properties announced today the upcoming sale of a portfolio of four properties on the San Francisco Peninsula. David Black, Senior Vice President, and Marshall Hydorn, Senior Vice President, with CBRE, along with Kevin Phillips from SC Properties, are leading the marketing on behalf of the owner.

All of the apartment properties are in central locations minutes from respective downtown cores and nearby major freeways.

Additionally, two commercial properties are being offered: a 15,500-square-foot retail strip center in South San Francisco, and a 70,000-square-foot, 100 percent leased industrial park in Santa Clara.
