City Center Bishop Ranch Adds New Choices to Its Diverse Lineup of Shops and Eateries

San Francisco-Based Retailers and Restaurants Continue the Migration East in Anticipation of the Destination Center’s November Opening

San Ramon, Calif. (September 4, 2018) – City Center Bishop Ranch, the 300,000-square-foot shopping, dining and entertainment destination, announced today five additional tenants that will join the center’s anchors, THE LOT and Equinox — and others already in the lineup.

“We’re dedicated to attracting brands that are new to the trade area,” said Alexander Mehran Jr., president and chief operating officer of Sunset Development Company, developer of City Center Bishop Ranch. “The addition of these tenants broadens our mix, and will help us bring the very best shopping and culinary experiences to the East Bay.”

New dining choices at City Center Bishop Ranch are:

  • Curry Up Now, the wildly popular Bay Area-based fast casual known for its innovative approach to traditional Indian cuisine.
  • Delarosa, whose menu is a modern take on classic Roman-Italian fare. Delarosa starts with simple ingredients and combines them to create uncomplicated, approachable dishes paired with craft cocktails.
  • SOCIAL-AFFAIR, which will offer artisanal food, wine and chai in a casual and modern lounge.

New retail stores include:

  • MONOKROME, the first children’s boutique in the U.S. curated from small business Instagram and Etsy shops, offering black and white designs for newborns to sixteen years.
  • On the EDGE, a unique boutique on the leading edge of fashionable shoes and accessories.

In addition to anchors, THE LOT and Equinox, these new additions will join many other City Center Bishop Ranch retail and dining tenants including, The Slanted Door, MIXT, C CASA, Mendocino Farms, Boba Guys, Fieldwork Brewing Company, Ramen Hiroshi, Roam Artisan Burgers, Athleta, M, a new venture by fashion supermodel Maggie Rizer, Alys Grace, a Bay Area-based upscale women’s clothing boutique, Trader, the. piece. store, Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn and West Elm. Retailers are scheduled to begin opening in November 2018.
