CM Capital retains Orchard Commercial to manage Bay Area Portfolio

Santa Clara, CA – Palo Alto based CM Capital Corporation has retained Orchard Commercial to manage its Bay Area commercial real estate holdings that include 3 Palo Alto office buildings and an interest in a Santa Clara office building recently acquired by the firm. Prominent among the portfolio is 525 University Avenue, the only high-rise office building in downtown Palo Alto. In addition, Orchard will manage 550 Hamilton Avenue and 435 Tasso Street located nearby, and 4500 Great America Parkway located in Santa Clara, across the street from Levi’s Stadium.

CM Capital has assembled an exceptional portfolio of assets in the Bay Area located in highly attractive markets where established finance, insurance, law, technology and incubator tenants live and work near major transportation hubs. Working in tandem with Orchard’s property management, construction, accounting, and branding/design teams, the portfolio will receive the highest levels of customer service.

“It is an exciting opportunity for Orchard to be working with CM Capital on these assets. Each building offers a unique history and home for Silicon Valley companies and we are very pleased to play an important role in our client’s investment strategy,” says Joe Lewis, President/CEO of Orchard. “This is an ideal match for our two companies in terms of how we are structured, organized and our service delivery”, adds Tim Ballas, Vice President of Asset Management at Orchard. “We look forward to a long and successful relationship.”

The fully integrated services provided by Orchard Commercial offers a very attractive platform to investors like CM Capital. Their full range of in-house capabilities and market knowledge provides owners the ability to quickly evaluate all costs associated with their investment management strategy and capital deployment.
