CM Capital retains Orchard Commercial to manage Bay Area Portfolio

Santa Clara, CA – Palo Alto based CM Capital Corporation has retained Orchard Commercial to manage its Bay Area commercial real estate holdings that include 3 Palo Alto office buildings and an interest in a Santa Clara office building recently acquired by the firm. Prominent among the portfolio is 525 University Avenue, the only high-rise office building in downtown Palo Alto. In addition, Orchard will manage 550 Hamilton Avenue and 435 Tasso Street located nearby, and 4500 Great America Parkway located in Santa Clara, across the street from Levi’s Stadium.
