Cohen Financial Secures $37 Million for Bay Area Multifamily Properties

San Francisco (February 27, 2014) – Cohen Financial, a national real estate capital services firm, today announced that it has secured $37.04 million to refinance five multifamily properties totaling 297 units in the San Francisco Bay Area. Four of the five transactions are long-term refinances, and the other represented a bridge loan.

Kenneth M. Fox, CCIM, a Managing Director in Cohen Financial’s San Francisco office, originated the five loans. He secured four with JP Morgan Chase Bank and one with Boston Private Bank & Trust Company. The borrower is a San Francisco based commercial/multifamily real estate investor and operator.
