Collidion Repositions in San Francisco North Bay Region, Moving from Santa Rosa to Petaluma

Collidion Inc. is repositioning itself within the San Francisco North Bay region to the Lakeville Business Park in Petaluma, CA. Collidion leased 13,243 square feet of R&D space at 1758 Corporate Circle, moving the healthcare company approximately 15 miles southbound from its home in Santa Rosa. Owned by Basin Street Properties, Lakeville Business Park offers a high-identity location on the corner of Corporate Circle & South McDowell Boulevard. Steven Leonard, Trevor Buck and Brian Foster with Cushman & Wakefield’s Larkspur (North Bay) office represented the landlord in the transaction. Brett Swartzbaugh and Don Yahn with Cushman & Wakefield’s Irvine office represented the tenant.

“This is a high-quality, strategically placed building that provides the infrastructure that will allow Collidion to grow and expand its operations over time,” said Mr. Buck.

Collidion’s new research and development space in the Lakeville Business Park is well located next to Schollenger Park, a 500-acre wetland sanctuary with many outdoor amenities, and is walking distance to a number of retail and dining amenities and provides good access to California Highways 116 and 37, U.S. Highway 101 and downtown Petaluma.
