San Francisco Bay Area, CA April 28, 2016 – Global real estate firm, Colliers International, today announced the organization of the San Francisco Bay Area Land Advisory Group focused solely on land and development transactions for local, regional and national buyers, sellers and developers of land across property types.
The Bay Area Group currently includes eight members consisting of: Bruce Bauer, Senior Vice President in Walnut Creek, Tony Crossley, Executive Vice President in San Francisco, Rick Knauf, Executive Managing Director in Redwood City, Tony Park, Senior Vice President in Oakland, Robert Rowland, Executive Vice President in San Jose, John Steinbuch Executive President in Pleasanton, Chris Twardus, Senior Vice President in San Jose, and Andre Walewski, Chief Executive Officer-Chairman in Silicon Valley.
The professionals have collectively closed more than $1.5 billion of land transactions since 2010 and have been involved in development projects exceeding $20 billion in total value. On a collective basis, the practice group’s professionals have sold more land in the San Francisco Bay Area than any other firm with cumulative experience spanning in excess of 200 years.
