Colliers International Sells Canyon Creek Apartments in Vacaville, CA

Fairfield, CA – Colliers International’s Fairfield office, which covers Solano, Napa and parts of Contra Costa counties, recently sold the Canyon Creek Apartments located at 159 Aegean Way in Vacaville, CA.

Courtyard Village, LLC purchased the 168 unit, ±159,506 square foot apartment complex from 159 Aegean Way Apartments, LLC for $19,000,000.00.

Canyon Creek Apartments is a garden / low-rise apartment complex built in 1979. It is situated on ±11.07 acres, and is located approximately half a mile from Interstate 80 and 2 miles from the iconic Nut Tree Plaza.

Phil Garrett, Executive Managing Director of Colliers International’s Fairfield office, and Brett Johnson, Multi-Family Investment Group, represented both the buyer (Courtyard Village, LLC) and the seller (159 Aegean Way Apartments, LLC) in the transaction.
