Colliers Strengthens Capital Markets Platform

Five Strategic Northern California hires expand the firm’s Institutional Capital Markets expertise

SAN FRANCISCO (Sept. 20, 2018) – Leading global commercial real estate services and investment management firm Colliers International Group Inc. (NASDAQ and TSX: CIGI) announced today that five expert real estate professionals have joined the firm’s Institutional Capital Markets Group, bolstering and expanding its presence on the West Coast.

The new hires, comprised of Senior Vice President Brad Idleman, Senior Vice President Ken Karmolinski, Associate – Investment Sales Alex Ludlum, Analyst Tom Lewis and previously announced Executive Vice President Andy Zighelboim will be based out of the San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Sacramento and San Jose offices.

Idleman and Karmolinski both came from Palmer Capital Inc. where they were partners, while Ludlum directed acquisitions and dispositions for Group i prior to joining Colliers. Zighelboim has returned to the firm after a four-year stint at Eastdil Secured, advising a diverse array of clients in the Bay Area.

Having collectively completed over $30 billion in transactions to date, the dynamic additions join Bob Gilley, Jeremy Thornton, Kevin Moul, Winston Lee, Catherine Dombrowski and Carrie Evans, who comprise the firm’s Capital Markets division in Northern California.
