Colliers Welcomes Mike Kennedy to Redwood City

Redwood City, Calif. – March 5, 2012 – Colliers is pleased to announce that it has added Mike Kennedy as a broker in its San Francisco Peninsula office.  Mr. Kennedy will be focusing on representing emerging growth companies, venture capital firms and high technology professional services providers.

Most recently, Mike founded and operated his own commercial development, construction and brokerage company in California and Nevada where he successfully completed more than 500,000 square feet of commercial and mixed used space.  Prior to founding his development company, he worked as an attorney with the Silicon Valley law firm of Gunderson Dettmer where he represented high technology clients in mergers and acquisitions and venture capital financings.  Mike was also previously the Vice President of Corporate Development for Selectica, Inc., a Silicon Valley based software company.

Mike graduated from the University of Arizona and Georgetown University Law Center.  He is a licensed real estate broker in California and Nevada and a licensed attorney in California and Arizona.
