As Director of Business Development for Western Region Veteran Producer Brings Game-Changing Leadership to Expanding Western Portfolio

Weiss is an accomplished and highly-recognized leader in new development sales and marketing on both coasts and brings with him a wealth of strong relationships and leadership skills to the Compass team. 

Weiss’s stellar track record across New York, Florida and California includes six years with Douglas Elliman’s New Development team where he created the Western Region for the brand and led as President for three years, managing over $1 billion of new developments. Prior to joining Douglas Elliman, Weiss was a partner and real estate professional with Partners Trust (now Compass) in Los Angeles.
