Santa Clara, CA (June 26, 2019) – Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) is pleased to announce the sale of 3600 Peterson, a 75,841 SF office/ R&D project located at 3600 Peterson Way and 3300 Tannery Way.

NKF Capital Markets Vice Chairman Steven Golubchik, Executive Managing Director Edmund Najera, Senior Managing Director Tyler Meyerdirk and Associate Director Darren Hollak represented seller Consolidated Tomoko in the transaction to buyer MBKW, LLC, managed by Geordie McKee, a principal of Renault & Handley.

“The diminishing supply of office/R&D projects in the Santa Clara market and the offerings ability to capitalize on the additional FAR allocations led to the increased demand for 3600 Peterson,” said Najera.

The property’s renovations finalized in late 2015 include modernized features such as new Low-E glass and aluminum glazing system, new roof system and membrane, new LED Title 24 compliant lighting systems, exterior patios and landscaping, and new interior finishes.

3600 Peterson’s highly desirable location, just a few steps from Santa Clara square, providing tenants with a rare walkable amenity base. In addition, the property is only a 5-minute drive toHWY 101.
