CoreLogic has leased a full floor totaling ±23,842 square feet in the premier Class A office tower at 555 City Center in downtown Oakland, CA. The company will occupy the entire 11th floor in the 21-story building positioned at 555 12th Street in the heart of Oakland’s City Center. CoreLogic, an Irvine, CA-based corporation providing financial, property and consumer information, analytics and business intelligence, plans to relocate and consolidate its regional offices currently in San Francisco and other local addresses. Owned by Harvest Properties and developed in 2002, 555 City Center is a Class A, LEED Gold tower composed of first class, high-end finishes complemented by world-class views of the San Francisco Bay and East Bay hills. The tower is conveniently located near public transportation, with the 12th Street BART station located just below the property, as well as convenient access to other services. Several retail, health, financial, and lodging amenities are also within walking distance. John Dolby and Dane Hooks with Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord in the transaction.
