TRACY, Calif. – Colliers International announced the disposition of two warehouse/distribution buildings totalling ±180,787 square feet on approximately 8.05 acres and located at 25850-25928 S. Corporate Court and 17270-17350 Commerce Way in Tracy.
These two facilities are located in Patterson Pass Business Park. Costco Wholesale Corporation acquired the first ±84,000 square foot warehouse from Lowenberg Associates, L.P. last November and just closed on their acquisition of the remaining two buildings. Costco now owns all three facilities totalling ±265,687 square feet.
Lowenberg Associates, a San Francisco based Investment firm, acquired the 3-building complex in 2009.
Michael Goldstein, SIOR, Executive Managing Director, and Gregory O’Leary, SIOR, Senior Vice President of Colliers International’s Stockton office handled the transaction along with Greig Lagomarsino, SIOR, Executive Vice President of Colliers’ Oakland office.
