Cresa San Jose Represents Analog Bits in 16.5K SF Office Lease Relocation and Expansion in Sunnyvale

SAN JOSE —Nate Currie of Cresa San Jose recently represented Analog Bits in a 16,523 SF lease relocation and expansion at 945 Stewart Drive in Sunnyvale, Calif. Analog Bits, the leading provider of integrated clocking and interface intellectual property for products used in high-volume applications such as cell phones, was previously located at 100 View Street in Mountain View.

According to Analog Bits’ Executive Vice President Mahesh Tirupattur, the move will accommodate the company’s continued growth, enhance its image, and take advantage of the newly built-out office interiors.

“Working closely with Cresa, we were able to locate the appropriate new facilities to accommodate our company’s anticipated growth needs and give us a more customer-oriented presence,” says Tirupattur.

The company is occupying the second floor of the two-story, 63,783 SF Class A office building, one of seven buildings located in the high-profile Oakmead West Office Park.

The project is part of the Equity Office Properties’ portfolio of office space.
