Bardis & Miry Development Acquires 47,000 SQFT Sacramento Office Property for $9.05MM

SACRAMENTO, Calif. – September 20, 2022 – Cushman & Wakefield announced the firm has advised the off-market sale of a 47,000-square-foot two-story office building in Sacramento, Calif. Located at 350 University Ave., the multi-tenant property known as the Executive Commons was 95% leased at the time of sale.

The property was acquired by Sacramento-based Bardis & Miry Development for $9.05 million.

Kevin Partington and Ben Corfee with Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, 350 University Partnership, in the transaction.

Originally built in the mid 1970s, the freestanding building sits on approximately 2.53 acres. The location is close to Highway 50, Interstates 80 and 5, and is a short drive to Cal Expo and midtown and downtown Sacramento. It is also a short walk to a variety of retail, restaurant and shopping amenities and near the American River Bike Trail.
