The Cushman & Wakefield team arranged a non-recourse, floating-rate loan on behalf of Sansome Street Advisors and Verajoy Capital.
1828 El Camino Real is an established professional medical/dental/office building on the San Francisco Peninsula that provides convenience and identity along one of the region’s main thoroughfares. Property features include an abundant garage and street parking as well as an on-site lab and pharmacy plus a lunch area. The building is located across street from Mills Peninsula Hospital, just south of Millbrae Avenue. It is very close to U.S. Highway 101, San Francisco International Airport (SFO), and the Millbrae BART/Caltrain station.
