Northern California, October 12, 2017 – The Cushman & Wakefield Northern California Multifamily Advisory Group, has advised on the sale of The Henley Apartment Homes, a
240-unit, garden style apartment community located in the waterfront community of Suisun City, California.

Senior Director Jason Parr of Cushman & Wakefield represented both the seller (FPA
Multifamily) and the buyer (Security Properties Inc. /New York Life Real Estate Investors)
in the $42,500,000 transaction.

The 196,600 SF Henley Apartment Homes is comprised of 20 buildings and was
completed in 1985 and partially renovated in 2007 and 2016 representing a continued
value-add opportunity for investors. The property, located at 311 Sandy Lane, Suisun City,
CA is less than 3 miles from Interstate 80, provides strategic access to the entire San
Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento Region, and the world renowned Napa Valley.

miles to the East Bay and to Napa Valley and 40 miles to San Francisco. With the cost of
