Drawbridge Realty has announced the addition of several professionals in multiple disciplines and geographies.

In California, Drawbridge expanded its finance team with the addition of Nicole Kaneshiro, as Vice President Treasury and Finance. Margaret Montgomery is the new Controller and Josh Lian has been appointed as an Associate for the Investments team. All three will work out of Drawbridge’s corporate headquarters office in San Francisco.

In Colorado, Sara-Ann Smith has been appointed Senior Property Manager of four of Drawbridge’s major assets and Christianne Crist has been appointed Assistant Property Manager across Drawbridge’s nationwide office portfolio. Both dedicated property management professionals will work out of Drawbridge’s office in Denver along with Jennifer Baltus, Vice President of Property Management.
