DTZ Appoints Amanda Piwonka As Head Of Human Resources, Americas

Los Angeles, CA: DTZ, a leading global property services firm, has announced the appointment of Amanda Piwonka to the position of Senior Vice President, Human Resources for DTZ Americas, effective immediately.

Amanda Piwonka_DTZ2013In her new position, Ms. Piwonka will assume responsibility for DTZ’s human resources operations in the Americas, including talent acquisition, retention and development; compensation; diversity; and employee relations, with a focus on achieving the company’s strategic objectives in serving corporate occupiers, owners, developers and government and public sector clients.

A commercial real estate industry veteran, Ms. Piwonka brings a wealth of human resources leadership expertise to her new role with DTZ. Prior to her appointment, she served as senior vice president, human resources with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. She has also held leadership positions with Lennar Corporation and CBRE, where, as vice president of human resources, she played a key role in the integration of Trammell Crow following CBRE’s acquisition of the company.
