The facility is managed by LaSalle Investment Management and was leased to Easton Malloy, a chocolate and confection manufacturer, and distributor. Easton Malloy has prided itself on successfully producing high-quality white label chocolate confections via exceptional service to top tier retail customers. This privately held company specializes in chocolate and confection manufacturing and distribution. 

Situated on ±3.34 acres, 6025 Giant Road, Bldg. 3 is located in the Pinole Point Business Park. This prime location gives users easy access to I-80 via Atlas Road and Richmond Parkway. The property features ESFR sprinkler system, 50’ x 52’ bay spacing, 3,000 amps, 277/480 volts, 30’ clear height, 1 grade-level door, 5 dock-high doors, and 82 parking stalls.
