Located at 33001 Dowe Avenue, the facility will serve as Eurø Style’s main U.S. warehouse. The space is part of a larger 179,200 square foot freestanding, multi-tenant building owned by Prologis, Inc. Eurø Style’s corporate office is located approximately 40 miles north in the city of San Rafael. Jeff Starkovich and Sam Higgins with Cushman & Wakefield’s Oakland office represented the tenant in the transaction.
