Firespotter Labs Signs 12,600 SF Lease in San Francisco

San Francisco (December, 2012) – CBRE today announces Pleasanton-based Firespotter Labs has signed a 12,600 SF lease in the OpenTV building at 275 Sacramento. After an exhaustive search along major transportation lines for the perfect building, Craig Walker and Alex Cornell of Firespotter, decided on the North Financial District building because of its access to public transportation, close proximity to retail amenities, and the space’s collaborative and open floor plan. Firespotter launched ÜberConference earlier this year, winning TechCrunch’s Disrupt Battlefield NY 2012 with its game changing audio conferencing service. Conor Famulener and Jeff Birnbaum represented Firespotter Labs in the five-year transaction.
