Flaming Grill Café Hot in Sacramento Valley, Adding Third Regional Location

Flaming Grill Café has inked a lease for its third location in the Sacramento Valley, selecting West Sacramento for its latest establishment. Flaming Grill’s newest restaurant will be in 2,476 square feet of space at 1350 Harbor Boulevard, Unit A, located less than a mile off of Interstate 80. The property is owned by Ramco Properties, LP. Managed by 20-year industry veteran Jose Silva, Flaming Grill’s other existing locations in the valley are in the cities of Sacramento and Elk Grove (now open). In addition to its popular burgers, the restaurant features a wide selection of wild meats, craft beers and also a lighter side menu featuring salads, fish and chicken. Justin Allen with Cushman & Wakefield’s Retail Services group represented both, the landlord and the tenant.
