The property is managed by Spieker Investments, LLC and was leased to FloStor Engineering, an integrator and installer of material handling systems.
FloStor, Inc, is an integrator of material handling systems from concept to installation. The company has been in business since 1983, with locations in the San Francisco Bay Area and the Greater Nashville area. They are a sales distributor for Hytrol, Roach, TGW-Ermanco, Interroll/Portec, Flexible Material Handling, Southworth Lifts, Intelligrated and more. Some of the industries they have served include parcel handling, manufacturing, e-commerce, and food/beverage distribution.
Situated on ±11.78 acres, 21371 Cabot Boulevard Bldg. B is located in close proximity to the San Mateo Bridge via SR 92 and I-880. The property features ±5,350 SF of office space, 3.7/1000 parking ratio, and sprinklers throughout the facility.
