Thomson to play key role in company’s continued expansion in California and Nevada
Danville, CA – February 17, 2023 – The woman who helped establish Compass’s market share leadership in California is bringing her talents to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Drysdale Properties. Real estate industry veteran Brent Thomson will be a strategic advisor responsible for growing Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Drysdale Properties throughout Northern California and Nevada.
Thomson served as chief operating officer of San Francisco-based Pacific Union International, which grew from a boutique luxury real estate brokerage with sales volume of $2.2 Billion into the fifth largest real estate firm in the nation with sales volume topping $14 Billion in 2017. In 2018, Thomson led the merger of Pacific Union with Compass to establish Compass’s market share leadership in California and remained as the chief operating officer of Compass California. She has more than 30 years of experience of leading and motivating top performers in highly competitive industries.
