San Mateo, CA – Sares Regis Group of Northern California announced that Genevieve Cadwalader has joined the company as a project manager.
Genevieve Cadwalader’s duties as a real estate project manager at Sares Regis Group include coordinating commercial development projects, from due diligence to completion, throughout the Bay Area. With several years of commercial real estate investment and development experience, Cadwalader has been responsible for a portfolio of 1.5 million square feet of commercial real estate, valued at over $170 million. She specializes in mixed-use commercial development projects and acquisitions.

Cadwalader previously worked for Bristol Group, Inc., a commercial real estate investment and development company based in San Francisco, where she was an associate . She served as a project manager for the construction and renovation of a major cargo warehouse facility at a large US airport. Cadwalader previously worked at Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation.
Cadwalader received her undergraduate degree from Harvard University and holds a Master in City Planning, with an emphasis in Urban Development from University of Pennsylvania. She also holds a School of Design Certificate in Real Estate Development. She was awarded the 2009 AICP National Student Project Award for Application of the Planning Process.
